Once an individual admits there is a God and that He is the Creator of all that exists, he is then cognizant of an existing relationship between himself as part of God’s creation and God as his Creator. Responsibility/duty attaches itself to this relationship. It isn’t enough to just believe God exists or that you were created by Him. Whenever there is consciousness of this relationship, there is obligation in it to God. The Creator expects obedience to His will from the creature, and therefore looks for all mankind, as individuals, to produce this fruit or result. This is the biblical principle of human responsibility and addresses the question “what does God want or expect from me?”
